Jameson Triple Triple is… dare we say it… a triple threat! Triple-distilled, triple-casked and triple refined, it is aged and finished in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and chestnut casks, which adds extra layers of flavor and even more smoothness. This Irish Whisky opens with rich aromas of toffee, fudge, and hazelnut chocolate, while subtle hints of sweet pear, green apple, dark chocolate, and toasted almond linger in the background. The palate is lush and textured with notes of creamy fudge, vanilla, and mild nutty undertones of toasted wood and baking spice. There’s a lingering finish which sees the fruits and spice gently fade, allowing the balanced use of oak and chestnut to have the last word. Best served neat or on the rocks.
