Bernard Baudry ‘Le Rose’ Chinon 2023
Bernard Baudry founded his eponymous estate in the early 1980's with a couple of inherited hectares. He quickly rose to fame throughout the Loire Valley for his precise, textured interpretations of Chinon. Produced from hand-harvested, sustainably farmed Cabernet Franc, this dry rose is delicate and refreshing, with notes of ripe cherries, white fruit, and pink flowers. This is the perfect summer aperitif and an exceptional partner for grilled fish.
Chateau Lamothe de Haux Miette Bordeaux Rose 2023
Named for winemaker Damien Chombart’s grandmother, Miette, this is certainly not your grandmother’s Bordeaux rose. Who says the U.S. can’t produce exceptional rose? Lively and fresh, this stunner hails from one of the nation’s newest and coolest AVAs — San Luis Obispo Coast. Dry, bright, and crisp, this rose is made from organically grown Grenache. Soft pink flowers and strawberry notes open this wine and evolve to include lemon zest, white peach, and a fantastic mineral finish. Sustainably produced, bottled unfined and unfiltered, and with minimal sulfites added at bottling. Perfect for oysters, grilled shrimp salad, and light pastas.

Founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife duo John House and Ksenija Kostic, Ovum is dedicated to producing Oregon wines that are an honest reflection of time, place, and terroir. Inspired by a perfect day at the beach, Pnk Salt is a dry Cabernet Sauvignon-based rosé blend with notes of ripe red cherry, rose, and beach sand. Made with organically farmed fruit, the wine is light on the palate, with an irresistible salty finish that makes it a great aperitif or partner for everything from lobster rolls to turkey burgers, and summer salads.

A blend of Grenache and the indigenous grapes, Parellada and Macabeo, this wine is made according to the traditional method.
