Zeste is a new wine from Chateau Lamothe de Haux, born from a desire to reflect and give back to nature, which is so important to the winemaking process. Made from 100% Semillon harvested from 25-year-old vines, and allowed four weeks of skin contact. The resulting wine is a beautiful deep orange color, with a delicate bouquet of citrus peel and orchard fruit. On the palate, citrus blossoms and dried fruit come forward, backed by gentle tannins and mouthwatering freshness that makes this floral wine a clutch partner for grilled meats and simmered dishes. It’s also a great aperitif to enjoy on any occasion.
