Domaine Vincent Ricard

In 1999, Vincent Ricard took over his father's estate, who was a Co-operator at the winegrowers' cooperative of Oisly and Thésée. When it came time to return to the estate, Vincent decided to stop being a cooperative member, to vinify his own wine, create his own cuvées and market them. Vincent decided to convert the vineyard to organic farming in 2013. Today the vineyard comprises 36 hectares of vines, including 33 hectares of Sauvignon and 3 hectares of Côt. The plots are planted on clay-limestone soils and include several appellations such as AOP Touraine and AOP Touraine Chenonceaux.
