This stunning sparkling Albarino hails from 13 year old vines that sit on ancient cobbly soils deep in California’s Borden Hills AVA. The grapes are direct pressed and allowed to settle for 48 hours before primary fermentation using native yeast in a single stainless steel tank. The wine continues fermentation in bottle for eight months before being labeled and released in April 2025. The resulting wine is a glitter bomb of tropical fruits on the nose, anchored by posture-correcting acidity and hints of savory herbs on the palate and fine, lively bubbles that inevitably lead to a second glass.
