Birgit Wiederstein

Birgit Wiederstein describes herself as a serious free spirit. She loves poetry (her cuvée Anna Blume is titled after her favorite poem by Kurt Schwitters) and sees her role as more of a winemaking companion rather than a winemaker. Certified biodynamic since 2019, the winery is located in a 280-year-old cellar in in Göttlesbrunn, the center of the Carnuntum wine region.
