Jure Stekar is a star in Slovenia, and it’s easy to see why with every sip of this bold and refreshing blend of estate grown Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Named for Jure’s second son, this red is produced from organic fruit, lightly pressed, fermented, and bottled with no additives, resulting in a vibrant and expressive wine, with notes of spice, black cherry, and strawberry. It’s an excellent partner for roasted duck, charcuterie, and mushroom risotto, best served with a light chill.
