Aged to taste, not time, Cazcanes uses 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave, which is aged in used American oak barrels that are reworked and recharred to their specifications. The final blend is a result of selecting barrels that best showcase the interplay between agave and oak. Cazcanes No. 7 Reposado is a carefully crafted blend of barrels aged from a few months to nearly a year, offering a long silky finish with notes of sweet agave, delicate caramel, vanilla, and warm spice. This reposado harmonizes the agave's vibrant character with rich barrel notes, resulting in a well-balanced and flavorful expression.
