A stark expression of the McGinely Vineyard, this Sauvignon Blanc is barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak. With the late, cool growing season in 2023, this vintage of Sauvignon Blanc has a huge personality with a dash of zest. Intense aromas of citrus blossoms, fresh mint, kiwi, and lemon tantalize the nose, while acidity bursts across the palate followed by delicate oiliness and notes of pear, white peach, fig, and florals. The finish is flecked with tangy yuzu, savory herbs, and fine minerality. Incredibly food-friendly, pair this white wine with fresh oysters, urchin, and goat cheese salads.
