Produced from Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this organic red from the team behind Pares Balta is as powerful as it is elegant. Named after the mathematical formula to find the circumference of a circle, this wine is as well-rounded as it gets, with complex aromas of red fruit, warm spice, subtle herbs and soft earth. On the palate, the fruit notes are complimented by supple tannins, mouthwatering freshness, and a food-friendly, mineral-driven core. Try it alongside grilled flank steak or Mediterranean fare.
