This vibrant sparkler is a collaboration between Thomas Pastuszak, formerly of The Nomad Hotel, and renowned winemaker Kelby James Russell. A blend of Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc, it opens with notes of apple, peach, baked lemon, and toasted brioche, backed by racy mineral aromas of gravel and limestone. On the palate, flavors of lemon curd, orange blossom and apricot come forward, all leading to a long mineral finish. This wine is just another reason why we love New York.
