Domaine du Colombier is located in Tillieres, in the west Loire Valley, on one of the highest hills of the town. It is named for the magnificent “colombier,” or dovecote, which was the perfect home for local pigeons and doves until the original estate was destroyed. Renovated in the 1980s and today is managed by innovative 4th generation vigneron Jean Yves Bretaudeau, whose hallmark is racy and elegant wines.
