Produced from sustainably grown, 30-40 year-old Chardonnay vines just outside of the village of Fuissé by fourth-generation winemaker Guillaume Curveux, this is amazing white Burgundy at an incredible value. Notes of citrus zest, golden apple, and crisp yellow stone fruit open the wine, and are buoyed to a long mineral finish on the slightly creamy, yet refreshing palate. A stunning partner for roast chicken, turkey, vegetable gratins, and even charcuterie, it’s hard to find a dish this lovely wine can’t elevate.
