Harvested from the steep slopes above the Saar river, this beautifully focused, off-dry Riesling is full of fruit. Notes of white peach, lime, green apple, and mango are accented with hints of ginger and white pepper. Crisp, yet creamy, with an elegant minerality, it's a great partner for spicy fare, summer salads with lots of crunch, fish and pork dishes.
