This bubbly, biodynamic blend of Falanghina and Fiano opens with notes of apples, citrus, white flowers, brioche and white pepper. Due the presence of its own lees, the wine displays as well cidery notes and yeasty roundness. On the palate, the wine is dry and has a refreshing, lengthy finish that makes it sing alongside homemade caprese salad, shrimp risotto, or a fun and funky cheese!
