The spirit of Brooklyn in a bottle, this whiskey is produced from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley and aged for a minimum of two years. It has enticing aromas of apricot, ginger, baking spices, and fresh cut grass which evolves into vanilla, mint, and sweet orange on the palate. Light-bodied with layered complexity, this rye finishes with hints of holiday spice, making it ideal to enjoy over ice or in your favorite whiskey cocktail.
