Winemaker Caroline Schaub-Williams and the team at Unico Zelo call this easy going orange wine from South Australia a “wild child,” “bohemian at heart” and with good reason. A blend of sustainably grown Zibibbo, Gewurztraminer, Moscato Giallo and Greco, the wine is fresh and dry, yet juicy and floral. Notes of rose, lime blossom, lemon sorbet, mint and lychee open the wine and evolve to include hints of orange zest, and savory herbs. The finish is long and satisfying, perfect for Mediterranean appetizers and Malaysian fare.
