The first Australian winery to become a Certified B-Corporation, the team behind Unico Zelo are big believers in holistic sustainability, looking beyond their immediate environment to also consider their community and social impact. A large driving force of this was their choice of grape varieties that minimize the need to irrigate and rely on synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
