This incredibly delicious orange pet nat is what the nonni (grandparents) of Emilia-Romagna used to call Bolle Macerato. Bolle is slang for bollincine, which means "bubbles." Made from 100% Malvasia di Candia, this wine is a beautiful saffron color in the glass and features an enticing bouquet of fresh citrus and yellow flowers. Dry and zestily refreshing, the wine is fruity and herbaceous, with plenty of food-friendly grip and balance. From picnics to barbecues, this sparkler's applications are limitless.

Bulli

Bulli is nestled in the northwest corner of Emilia-Romagna in the Colli Piacentini, those steep hills just south of Piacenza, squeezed between the Po river to the north and the Apennine mountains to the south. There’s a rich tradition of making sparkling wine in this area, and Bulli has been doing it for five generations, since the late 1800s. The Bulli family is humble; they are happy to serve locals every day from their repurposed stables. Practicing organic, the Bulli wines are all produced with no added sulphur.
