Domaine Saint Amant

Founded in 1992 by Jacques Wallut, Domaine Saint Amant is located in the heart of the southern Rhône, on the Dentelles de Montmirail, with 32 acres of small terraced vineyards up to 1800 feet above sea level. This unique placement, coupled with the mineral rich soil composed of Triassic limestone, marl, and rocky soil, allows for the development of elegant, yet powerful wines. The vineyard is certified organic, and no herbicides or pesticides are used on the property. In the winery, production is gentle and precise, preferring time rather than the technology to finesse the wines so that they reflect only the essence of this stunning terroir.
