This Gigondas, which hails from the summit of the Dentelles de Montmirail in Gigondas, is named for the conjunction of different, perfectly synchronized events, of coincidences. Synchronicity is also the symbol of the perfect meeting of plants, minerals and humans, reflected in this charming, medium-bodied Gigondas, made with biodynamically grown Grenache. The nose is seductive – with notes of ripe strawberry, cherry, and raspberry laced with flowers, dark chocolate and toasted baking spice. The flavors become more concentrated and focused on the palate, backed by minerality and balanced acidity. This wine is soft, yet bold, concentrated, but graceful and elegant with every sip. Beautifully structured, this wine will pair marvelously with steak and barbecue now, but it can also evolve for up to 10 years.
