Andeluna Cellars

Andeluna Cellars

Andeluna is a family-owned winery nestled in the rocky terrain of Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, at the foot of Argentina's Andes mountains. Its name blends Ande — evoking the mountains' unique landscape, soil, water, and altitude — with Luna (moon in Spanish), symbolizing inspiration and magic: two essential ingredients for exceptional wine.

Founded in 2003 by the Reina Rutini family and Ward Lay, the winery was acquired in 2013 by Brazil's Barale Family, who brought deep experience in energy and Argentine winemaking through their La Soñada winery. At the helm is Chief Winemaker Jimena Lopez, whose 30 harvests across seven countries — including France, Germany, and the United States — inform a winemaking philosophy rooted in honesty, transparency, and a passionate devotion to the vineyard.
