Festive Cocktails To Sip On This Holiday Season

Whether you're hosting a holiday soirée or aiming for lowkey vibes, you're going to need some amazing cocktails for a fab-yule-ous time this holiday season. Fortunately, we've crafted some easy cocktail recipes that everyone will enjoy!

Boozy Hot Chocolate

A classic with a twist to put a little pep in your step. 

2 cups Milk
6 oz Semisweet Chocolate, finely chopped
2 oz Split Spirits Single Origin VT Whiskey
1 ½ oz Black Button Bespoke Bourbon Cream 750ml
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Garnish: Mini Marshmallows

Warm the milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until it begins to simmer, not boil. Add in the chopped chocolate and whisk until combined and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the whiskey, bourbon cream, and vanilla extract. Pour into your favorite mug and top with mini marshmallows. 

Fleur de Normandie

You'll forget all about spiked apple cider once you try this Calvados cocktail!

¼ Apple (Honeycrisp, Gala, Fuji)
2 oz Roger Groult 3Yr Calvados Pays d'Auge
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
½ oz Spiced Maple Syrup*
Ca' Furlan Prosecco Cuvee Beatrice NV (optional)
Garnish: Dehydrated Apple Slice

Muddle the apple in a cocktail shaker, then add the remaining ingredients. Fill the shaker with ice. Shake the mixture well and double strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice. If desired, top with prosecco. Garnish with the apple slice. 

*50:50 Maple syrup and hot water, infused with cinnamon, cloves, and star anise. 

Irish Whiskey Mule

Time to spruce things up with this Mule!

2 oz Ballyhoo Port Cask Irish Whiskey
1 oz Lime Juice
5 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish: Lime Wheel & Mint Sprig

Fill a highball glass (or copper mug) with ice. Pour in the whiskey and lime juice, and stir to combine. Top with ginger beer and garnish as desired. Nollaig shona dhuit!

Pear Tree Martini

Branch out and give this Pear Martini a try. You won't be disappointed!

1 oz Brooklyn Republic Vodka
½ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
1 ½ oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz Lime Juice
1 Dash Peychaud's Bitters 5oz
Garnish: 3 Pear Slices

Add the vodka, pear liqueur, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and bitters to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 pear slices. 

Winter Old Fashioned

No fire needed! This cocktail will keep you nice and warm all night long. 

1 oz Niepoort Ruby Port NV
1 ½ oz Kings County Straight Bourbon Whiskey
½ oz Hamilton Pimento Dram Liqueur
Garnish: Lemon Twist & Cinnamon Stick

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir about 30 seconds, or until sides of the shaker are frosted. Serve over ice in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist and cinnamon stick.
