Château Haut-Mayne is located on a plateau in Preignac in the northern part of the Sauternes appellation, about 3 km from the world-renowned Châteaux d’Yquem and Lafaurie Peyraguey. The estate is owned by The Roumazeilles family, who also owns the nearby Château Grillon. The vineyard stretches across 10 hectares of clay and limestone soils near the legendary Gironde.
