Pago del Cielo is a wine project from Familia Torres that is based in Ribera del Duero and Rueda, combining tradition, commitment to quality and passion for viticulture. This Tempranillo is produced from a blend of the Familia Torres’ best parcels in Ribera del Duero. The Fompedraza vineyard, where the winery is located, is in the mid-eastern section of the Duero River Valley at 895m above sea level. Opening with expressive red and black fruits, cocoa-covered blueberries, and elegant baking spice, this wine is velvety and supple on the palate, filled with the freshness, emotion, and intensity of a starry night. Try it with steak, roasts, cheese and charcuterie, and even burgers.
