The signature wine of Lieb Cellars, this lifted and elegant white is sustainably produced from the largest contiguous plot of Pinot Blanc in the U.S, which includes some of the oldest vines on the North Fork. Fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks, this wine is vibrant and crisp with aromas of green apple and pear with a hint of citrus on the palate, a touch of sea spray and a creamy mouthfeel with wonderful refreshing acidity on the finish. Perfect for everything from stoop sipping to pairing alongside grilled chicken or seafood, this is a wonderful example of New York winemaking at its finest.
