Softly elegant, this floral Kosher white from Western Galilee is produced in the Kibutz Kishorit, a community for adults with special needs. The wine opens with notes of baked apple and pear that give way to hints of citrus and stone fruit. The palate is smooth and velvety, balanced by acidity and notes of grapefruit peel. An excellent partner to appetizers, fish dishes, and even spicy Asian fare.
