In the Montlaiz vineyards, the humble dandelion is a true ally — its deep roots are vital for aerating and improving the health of the soil, while its petals are the first spring feast for the precious bees. The dandelion is living proof that nature, when respected, is the best caretaker, which is why they created the organic Dandelion wines as tribute to the flower’s tenacity and the balance it helps to weave in every vine. Made from 85% Ugni Blanc and 15% Moscatel organic grapes, the wine is kept on the skins for six months and bottled without filtering, resulting in an amber hue with slight cloudiness. Enticing aromas of chamomile, linden, tea leaves, and pear stand out. While the palate is awash with bright and fresh notes of chamomile, white fruits, and nectarines. This orange wine is fantastic alongside grilled fish, roasted poultry, and citrus sauces.
