The "Cuvée des Lys" from Chateau de Manissy's Florian André is as vibrant as it is delicious. A blend of Grenache, Clairette, and Syrah, the wine explodes with a cascade of fruit, finishing with lovely balance and minerality from the first sip to the last. Organic and biodynamic, the wine is an excellent partner for Mediterranean fare, sushi or sashimi.
