Chateau Peyguerol
Château Peyguerol is located 40 km away from Générac and St Côme, in the Gard department of Costières de Nîmes. One of the oldest growers in the appellation, dating back centuries to at least the 1600s, Chateau Peyguerol gets its name from Marie-Gabrielle de Peygueirolles who owned it in 1845. Today, the fully sustainable estate is managed by the Vernier brothers with a focus on caring for the vines and the environment equally, and it is a member of the esteemed Vignerons Propriétés Associés growing cooperative, which supports more than 20 wineries in the southern Rhone.
