*NEW VINTAGE*
Named after Bollén, an endemic Chilean tree whose wood is extremely hard, and is used to make farming tools that is traditionally associated with vineyard work. This Sauvignon Blanc is expressive and aromatic, with aromas of lychee, lime, citrus, and a subtle herbaceous character. On the palate it is a juicy, fresh, and persistent wine full of vivacity and energy. Pairs fantastically with seafood, poultry, summer salads, and goat cheese.
