As the Basque name suggests, this cider is named after its sharpness (Bizi) and sweetness (Goxo). Despite being considered a dessert cider, the sweet-sharp balance makes this product a versatile drink. It delivers elegant aromas of toffee apple, candied fruit, fig, and compote. While the palate is full of silky notes of electric freshness and citrus memories, with a long creamy finish. Produced in a similar manner to ice wine, this ice cider is made from native late-ripening apple varietal, Errezile, which freezes on the tree, concentrating the sugars, and producing this delicious cider.
