A burst of ripe mulberry, plum and Maraschino cherry, melded with notes of vanilla and mocha,  is the signature flavor of this luscious Pinotage. Harvested at optimum ripeness from specific vineyards across the Western Cape, the grapes then underwent fermentation in stainless steel, yielding a finished wine that is bold, with smooth tannins and a long, generous finish. Try with crispy pork belly, beetroot relish and young vegetables or with brandy- snap baskets filled with gorgonzola & cherry ice-cream.
