The espresso martini traces its roots to the early 1980s, but this version, from the team behind the award-wining Via Carota restaurant, is about as smoothly modern and complex as it gets. Made from six-timed distilled bespoke vodka and real espresso, it offers aromas of chocolate, toffee, and dark fruit, a silky texture, and rich flavors of chicory and chocolate-covered cherries.
