Description

This irresistible sparkler hails from Limoux, the birthplace of bubbly. A blend of hand-harvested, sustainably farmed Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac, the wine opens with notes of white flowers, ripe pear and peach, followed by toasted brioche and freshly churned butter, buoyed on delicate, long-lasting bubbles. The cuvee is named for the annual Toques & Clochers gastronomy festival and auction, which features top chefs (toques) and winemakers across the globe and raises money to preserve the architectural heritage of Limoux and the Upper Aude Valley.
