Description

Each year the blend of Schreyer Edelzwicker is slightly different. However, year after year it remains a crisp, aromatic wine that blends the best elements of noble Alsatian grape varieties into a single wine. (Edelzwicker means “noble blend”). In this vintage, the Pinot Blanc and Sylvaner give the wine its structure, hints of citrus, and silky stone-fruit flavors, while the Muscat and Gewurztraminer impart a hint of richness and gives the wine beautiful notes of white flowers and tropical fruit. The result is a dry, mouthwatering white that makes a solo sipper and pairs wonderfully with, sushi, pork, and poultry.
