Cascina Carlot

Cascina Carlòt is a family-run farm, dedicated to sustainability with a range of genuine wines with undisputed charm. Claudio Mo defines himself as a winemaker, and practices his work with the philosophy that wine is made first and foremost in the vineyard and then in the cellar. Each wine tell the story of the territory and the grape variety in an authentic and frank way. Faithful to his love for the land that hosts him and following the rhythms set by nature, Claudio has laid the foundations to create a company regulated by the principles of biodiversity, betting on the one hand on hazelnuts and fruit plants, on the other on energy renewables and rainwater collection.
