This Sauvignon Blanc hails from a cooperative farm in Paarl, South Africa. On the nose, the wine opens with hints of ripe summer melon and green figs. The light, beautifully balanced palate is refreshing and crisp, with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and juicy apples that carry through to long, clean finish. A great aperitif or partner to salads, seafood, and more.
Fairvalley
Fair Valley is a cooperative winemaking community started in 1997 by 63 families with a government grant and land donated by Charles Back. The goal was to empower the farm workers of the region while making tasty, affordable wine.
