Sisters Robin and Andrea McBride were raised in California and New Zealand, respectively, but their shared passion for wine pushed them to start what would become not only the largest Black-owned wine company in the U.S., but also one of the most sustainable. Pale gold in the glass with aromas of lemon curd, honey, baking spice, and ripe pears, this wine is complex and full of character without weight. These two sisters found each other from opposite sides of the globe, defying all odds to come together in 2005 in California. Robin and Andrea were raised in Monterey, California and Marlborough, New Zealand, respectively, but their shared passion for all things winemaking pushed them to start their own project. Over time, Mcbride Sisters has grown into what is not only the largest Black-owned wine company in the US, but one of the most inclusive, accessible, socially aware and sustainable.
