Women- and queer-owned and operated, Future Gin was created by Amy Atwood, Mary Bartlett, Freya Estreller and Natasha Case, four women who wanted a gin that represents everything they love about California, from its natural bounty to forward thinking. Enter Future Gin, a dry gin distilled in downtown Los Angeles with citrus and gorgeous botanicals including coriander, cassia, angelica, fennel, orris root, grains of paradise, honeysuckle, and elderflower, and black pepper. The heart is piney, spicy juniper with aromas that play nicely in dirty martinis and G&T’s alike.
