We receive less than three cases annually of this gorgeous bubbly from critical darlings, brothers Raphael and Vincent Bereche. The brothers use meticulous care from start to finish in their cellars and vineyards to produce this incredibly precise and linear Brut Reserve Champagne. Produced from a blend of 35% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot noir, 35% Meunier, with 35% reserve wines each year, notes of organge blossom, apple, and brioche, explode across the nose and palate. Crisp and fine minerality, coupled with a soft, pillowy mousse make this Champagne a breath of fresh air. Champagne of this quality, at this price, doesn't come around often.
