Storchi
Located along the Enza River, at about 150m above sea level, in mineral-rich alluvial soils, are the vineyards of Cantina Storchi. The proximity of the river and the hills generates an extremely favorable microclimate for the cultivation of the vine: large temperature changes between day and night and constant daily breezes. The Storchi family has been producing wines since the end of WWII, and practices organic and biodynamic farming out of respect for the land and the rich tradition of winemaking in Emilia-Romagna and beyond.
