Valravn Cabernet Sauvignon is an exploration of Sonoma County, including sustainably farmed fruit from vineyards to the northwest in Rockpile, southeast in Moon Mountain and Sonoma Valley, and far east, up in the Mayacamas mountains. The combination of elevations, aspects, and soil types allow winemaker Rob Fischer to blend the components seamlessly creating a refined red with deep aromas of cinnamon, clove, cassis, and berries.  These aromas carry over to the palate which is supple with opulent black cherry fruit and notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and graphite.  High tones and silky tannins keep the wine in focus, providing a complex structure and rich, lingering finish.
