Okay, okay, this Bourbon isn’t made entirely of apples like most other Neversink spirits. It’s distilled from a mash of New York State corn, wheat and barley, but it's finished in used apple brandy barrels. flavorful and grain-forward, the bourbon is aged for a minimum of two years in new-charred American oak before being transferred to apple brandy casks. This aging process makes for an incredibly smooth, rich, easy going bourbon that has distinctive, yet subtle, aromas of Granny Smith apples. You know what they say about an apple a day...
