This exceptionally pure and crisp white is a pure expression of the Basque coast, sourced from a single vineyard — Askizu Mendia. Its gentle, south-facing slopes are located just steps from the sea, where the salty Atlantic breeze and limestone-rich, sandy clay soils shape the wine’s vibrant character. Produced from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri, this wine is fermented in steel with no aging to preserve its electric freshness and notes of green apple, citrus, and sea salt. Perfect for seafood, it’s also a great partner for picnic fare, cheese, and rice dishes.
