The origin story of Tenuta San Marcello is colored by Massimo Palmieri’s ongoing devotion to making unique and expressive wine, having spent the last 11 years cultivating his land and skills as an homage to his grandfather who was a winemaker in Puglia. Palmieri’s philosophy is to use traditional methods with little intervention, to always farm organically and to focus on quality over quantity.
