Produced from 100% Koshihikari rice, this light and easy drinking sake is named after Japan’s colorful koi fish that represent good fortune and have earned the nickname "living jewels." On the nose, white grape, anise, and a hint of sweet rice. On the palate, notes of citrus white pepper, and fresh herbs come to the fore, ending in a long, clean finish. It's great for cooking or sipping alongside baked salmon with herb sauce, lobster, and more.
