In 1724, Rémy Martin, a young winegrower in Cognac, started selling cognacs under his own name, and was eventually granted the rare right to plant new vines by King Louis XV of France, due to the excellence of his cognacs. Now, Baptiste Loiseau is the Cellar Master at Remy Martin, one of the youngest people to have ever held the position. He shares his passion for the universe of cognac with a distinctive vision and the teamwork required to continue Remy Martin’s excellence. 

In 2007, Remy Martin made the decision to gear towards sustainable agriculture, which eventually led to them gaining their High Environmental Value (HVE) certification. Their next goals are to exclusively use 100% recyclable bottles and reduce their bottles' carbon emissions by 50%.
