A tribute to the Charles Dickens character Reverend Stiggins, who preached temperance between nips of his beloved “pineapple rum,” in The Pickwick Papers, Stiggins’ Fancy starts with tiny, but tasty Victoria pineapples. The barks of the pineapple are infused and redistilled in Planteray 3 Stars rum, while the sweet flesh of the fruit is immersed in Planteray Original Dark rum. Try it in an Old Fashioned or espresso martini!
