Paso a Paso
Paso a Paso is a low intervention wine project by winemakers Norberto Páez and Sebastián Bisole based in the Tupungato Valley of Argentina. The project was born from their friendship, which dates back to childhood. Páez and Sebastián Bisole not only grew up together, but studied agronomy together in Mendoza. Different in their personalities but similar in their convictions, Norberto and Sebastián worked together for years. The duo advised several of Argentina’s best wineries in organic farming, before embarking on their own project, inspired by the desire to produce wines simply, "step-by-step," or paso a paso, with respect for the land and culture. Inmemorial is a new project from Paso a Paso, focusing on criolla and pais grapes — ancestral varieties that grow throughout Argentina and South America.
